There’s a small window to make changes once an order is placed, so it’s important to double-check your shipping and contact details before completing your purchase.
Once your order number is generated, the order is complete and a confirmation email has been sent to you.
We’ll do our best to help with cancellation or change requests, but we can’t guarantee they’ll be possible. Please note that if your order has been shipped already, no changes or cancellations can be made.
If you’d like to cancel or adjust your order, please contact us before it’s shipped. We’ll send you a shipment confirmation email as soon as it’s on its way. We’ll notify you via email when your order is on its way. If a cancellation is processed before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Jelly Drops Account or by contacting us. We may ask for a quick bit of feedback, but it’s not required. Please note that canceling your subscription won’t affect any orders already activated (those with an order number). These will follow our standard cancellation and returns policy.
