If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and include photos to help explain the issue. Once we’ve reviewed them, we’ll sort out a part or full refund or a replacement, whichever works best.
In certain cases, we might ask for the order to be returned for investigation, but we’ll cover the cost of the return.
Just a quick note: Because of their high water content, Jelly Drops might have a little extra liquid in the packs, which is totally normal and varies between orders.
